Continuous improvement is a dedication to making small changes and improvements every day, knowing that those little changes will make up something really significant. It is better to have continuous improvement then to just set one big goal for yourself because by having a continuous improvement you are able to see what is and what is not working out for you. When you are trying to improve your self in your everyday life. In fact, people who do take the time and make small improvements day by day instead of having just one big goal and just going for it, in the end, the people who have continuous improvement will go way further in achieving their goal. According to the article on Continuous improvement: How to it works and How master to master it by James Clear. There are three steps to help you focus on continuous improvement which steps one, do more of what already works which means when you have a good resource that works well for you and use that resource. Which also means that you don't need to find new strategies or information if you already found something that is helping you. Step two, Avoid any tiny losses which mean to avoid doing small things wrong for example if you trying to improve your working out habits try not to miss too many workouts. Step three, measure backward which means to instead of making choices based on what you want to happen to make your choices based on what you want to happen.
